Hello Hats

Hi Blog Land! I made this card with the Tic Tac Toe Challenge Seven in mind. The hats are from an Inkadinkado "Classic Hats" set. I used 4 colors of ink: Hero Arts Green (from Christmas Kit,) Hero Arts Stonewash, Versafine Toffee, and Versafine Black Onyx. I stamped an entire 8.5 x 11 sheet so I could make multiple cards with the design. In fact, a few were posted on the blog last month. I used a Kraft card and a simple black frame around the hats panel. The sentiment is Stamp & Cut "Cake Day" from Hero Arts.
